Then why is it that they sold millions of copies? Sorry, but this is just a low shot by a company known for such cheap shots. In the end, the game will more than likely be good but with a reputation for frame rate drops and lousy acting, I fear that it will be lumped in with the rest of the NFS series. Good games, but not great games.
Sorry, but the author fails. People need to care less about the sales aspect of the consoles and focus more on games but let's be honest, the Xbox fanboys seems to stick their head in the NPD sand a bit too often and completely ignore the World Wide sales that reflect Sony outselling the 360 year after year.
So to the Xbox fanboy I ask, why is it that the world ends at the shores of North America? When will the rest of the world matter to you?
To the legitimate X...
Although, my two children never had tentacles coming out of their backs and never scaled walls while slinging blades at me... If they are anything like that then yeah, I will take them out in the game.
I said when the Xbox fanboys were mocking Sony for reporting losses... The economy is world wide and in trouble right now. We all are seeing hits to our profits and MS is no different. Hopefully the delusional fan-tards will see that this is not a console thing but a worldwide issue that hopefully is resolved sooner than later.
Is buying the game used supporting them? Just asking because I have yet to buy a Bethesda game, day one.
But when I am playing online, I want my whole team to be on the same page. Allowing others to talk to gamers playing something else renders half-arsed team play and typically ends in a loss. IMHO, I say please, don't bring on cross-game chat. I don't like it on the 360 and I don't think I would like it on the PS3.
Yeah but Nathan Drake doesn't talk out of the side of his mouth... Seems like an odd fit if you ask me.
You can just admit that "guy" is actually you... We all know better.
And all for a demo. Wait until the full game releases. Now that will be crazy.
But I do not need another flavor of the month in multiplayer game play. Leave my Uncharted alone and just give me the best possible single player campaign possible and leave the MP aspects to other games like COD4 and Killzone 2.
Sorry, but for giggles I popped in RE ont he GameCube, you know, the remake of RE for the PSone. Let me tell you, that game is genius. It makes you think about every move you make since you only get a handful of shells and very few inventory slots. It makes you worry about a single zombie rather than running into a room full of them and gunning them all down with the plethora of weapons at your disposal as in RE5. It is a true to life Survival Horror game and though I know many would debate t...
And as for the games from Bethesda... I buy them used and forget the DLC. Just wait for the game to come out with all the DLC included like they did with Oblivion then buy it used.
Each console gets some hate, the Wii not withstanding. But, in all honesty, the Wii has not touched the surface of hate that the PS3 was getting months ago. So to all the Wii fanboys, get a taste of it now and simply ask Nintendo to do you all a favor and make better games and more of them. That is really all that saves a console from such hate these days.
The third party developers know where the money is and it is not ont he Wii. The only developers making any money off the Wii these days are those under Nintendo. As long as Nintendo allows this, then we the hardcore gamers will have games to play.
Who doesn't like to see Japanese girls in French Maid outfits? Well, real ones anyway...
It's not forgotten, it's just not very useful for the every-day gamers. I have a Linux desk top already and didn't see the need to make my PS3 into one. I like the OS the way it is.
This title as well as GB's Aliens are on my radar. I love anything that deals with Aliens.
Maybe games like this make him sweaty? ;-)
The list of great games released early on is getting much more inexpensive and perhaps the library of the PS3 is now a tipping point leading to higher sales. The Wii fad might be slowing and now the PS3 is picking up due to good games to buy along with it. it's just odd if you ask me. Good news, just odd to see it take off with no games in the top ten.
Come on, be realistic.. That issue has been the bane of racing games since online was introduced to them. They won't penalize those guys because too many times an accident could happen and then they are punishing legitimate drivers for taking chances that in any real day of driving might otherwise pay off. In the end, online driving is best done with those you know and trust to bring you a fair fight.
